Based on the enthusiastic response of ESR #10, which was completely devoted to 1970s American cinema, we decided to do another. Why not? Even 1970s classics had sequels!
Each chapter has a central theme, with capsule reviews of related films. The articles on Robert Downey and Emile de Antonio were in essay format, but are excerpted here into individual film reviews.
