News & Musings
This will act as the “blog” portion of the site: informing readers about site changes, upcoming publications or screenings, plus anything else “of the moment”.
In the old days, ESR kept a blog at Blogger. It served as a place “between issues”, where we’d publish reviews or articles, in addition to informing readers of goings-on about town. At that time, ESR had very little web presence. The official website had little content, other than merely listing each issue and providing a few writing samples. But now that this site is a greater resource than before, I’ve decided to retire that blog address. I’ll still leave it up, for it’s relevant as a piece of history (ie- screenings and shows we’ve attended, and so on), but it will no longer be updated.
Now that the official site is operational, and has way more content new and old, it makes more sense to keep the “blog” portion under the same roof, so to speak. That way, if people search a topic, the results will be greater. One more way ESR resolves to be a greater resource than before!
